This page says what invoxpos.online collects, why it collects it, where it goes and how to ask us to remove it. No legal maze — if one line is still unclear, call us and we will explain it.

01
The short version
If you only read one part of this page, read these four lines.
Only what you type
We collect the details you put into the demo form or the newsletter box. Nothing is collected behind your back.
No sale, ever
Your name, phone number and business details are not sold, rented or passed to any other company.
No trackers or ads
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no tracking pixels and has no visitor database of its own.
One purpose only
An enquiry is used to reply to you and to prepare your quote. That is the whole reason we ask.
You can browse every page on this site without giving us a single detail. The forms are there for people who want a demo or a price.
02
What our forms collect
There are two forms on this website. Here is every field in each one, and the reason it is asked for.
So the person answering knows who they are calling back.
Business name Optional
Helps us look at the right module and prepare a realistic quote.
What you run Required
Shop, restaurant, hotel, clinic or other. This decides which product we show you.
Phone or WhatsApp Required
Our main way of replying. A quick call usually ends with a quote faster than emails.
Email Optional
Used to send the written quote if you prefer email over WhatsApp.
What you need Optional
Counters, tables, rooms or doctors and anything special. It makes the first call useful instead of exploratory.
The newsletter box
Only the email address in the footer box is submitted, and only when you press Subscribe. It is used to send the occasional product note. Leave the box empty and nothing is collected.
Please do not send sensitive items
The form has no field for them on purpose. Do not put CNIC numbers, bank details, card numbers or your full tax file into the message box. A normal POS enquiry never needs them.
03
What we never do
These are the things people usually worry about. On this website none of them happen.
Sell or rent your detailsNo list is ever passed to another shop, reseller or advertiser.
Track you across the webNo advertising pixels, no retargeting, no cross-site cookies.
Keep a visitor databaseThe website itself stores no accounts, no profiles and no customer records.
Take payment detailsThere is no checkout on this site, so no card or bank data is ever entered here.
Bulk-message youYour enquiry does not sign you up for anything. The newsletter is a separate box.
Read your sales dataYour POS database lives on your own computer or server, not on this website.
04
Where your details go
A form submission is not saved into the website. It becomes an email. This is the full journey, in order.
You press sendYour details travel over HTTPS to the web host that runs this site (Hostinger), where a small PHP script receives them.
The script emails usThe message is sent to posinvox@gmail.com, our Google mailbox. Nothing is written into a website database, because the site does not have one.
We reply and keep the threadThe enquiry now lives in an ordinary email conversation used to book your demo and prepare your quote.
You can end itAsk us and we delete the thread and remove the address from any newsletter list.
Two companies see some technical data
Hostinger runs the server, so its standard logs record the usual lines for any visit: the page requested, a browser label, roughly where the request came from and the time. Google runs the mailbox that receives our enquiries. We use their services because they are reliable — not so they can build a profile on you.
05
How long we keep things
Demo enquiries
In the email inbox for as long as the conversation is useful — while we quote, install and support you. Ask us and we delete it.
Newsletter emails
Kept until you ask to be removed. One WhatsApp message or email is enough to take you off the list.
Anti-spam counters
To stop the form being flooded, the server notes the time of recent submissions from one address. Contact form: fifteen minutes. Newsletter: one hour. After that window the note is gone. It stores clock times, not your name.
Nothing on the site itself
There is no visitor table, no session store and no cookie file created by our pages.
06
Google Fonts, honestly
This site loads its typefaces from Google so headings look the same on every machine. When you open a page, your browser connects to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com to fetch those font files.
That connection is visible to Google, so it sees an IP address and the page being loaded. We are telling you here rather than hiding it, because a privacy page that misses something real is worse than one that admits it. No Google Analytics, no consent banner and no advertising script runs on this site — the fonts are the only third-party file it asks for.
07
Your choices
Ask what we holdSend the phone number or email you used and we will tell you what exists.
Ask us to delete itOne message and the enquiry thread and newsletter entry are removed.
Leave the newsletterReply STOP to any message, or simply ask us on WhatsApp.
Use no form at allCall 0371-6245556 directly. Nothing on this site forces you to submit details.
This website is written for shop, restaurant, hotel and clinic owners. It is not a service for children, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If a young person has submitted a form through a family business, an adult should contact us and we will delete it straight away.
09
How the site is protected
Security is why your details are safer here than in a paper notebook on the counter.
Encrypted in transit. The whole site runs on HTTPS with TLS, so a form cannot be read while travelling.
Locked-down pages. The server is told to refuse framing, sniffing and outside scripts, which is what stops most drive-by tampering.
Bot resistance. Both forms carry a hidden field that only a robot fills in, plus a limit on how many submissions one address can send in a short window.
No login to steal. There is no admin panel or customer account on this website, so there is no password list to break into.
Input is cleaned.Every field is trimmed, length-checked and validated before anything happens with it.
One honest limit
Email is not a sealed envelope. Once an enquiry lands in an inbox it is protected by the mailbox password, not by this website. That is exactly why the form asks for business facts and never for CNIC, bank or card details.
10
Ask us anything
If anything here is unclear, or you want a copy of what we hold on you, contact us the same way you would ask about a POS feature. No form, no ticket number — a person answers.
