What this website promises — and what it does not.
The pages here explain our software and give honest starting prices. This disclaimer draws the line around that: where our responsibility stops, and where your own checks and your own advisor begin.

01
The short version
Four sentences that cover most of what people ask.
The quote outranks the page
Prices on this site are starting figures. The number that counts is the one in your written quote.
Tax decisions are yours
Our software records invoices in the format FBR asks for. It does not decide your tax position.
Garbage in, garbage out
Stock, profit and tax summaries are only as correct as the entries behind them.
Equipment is outside our hands
Printers, PCs, power and internet are yours to supply; the POS runs on top of them.
02
What this website is
invoxpos.online is a product and price information site published by INVOX POS SYSTEM. Its job is to explain what each module does, show honest starting prices and give you a fast way to reach a human being.
Information, not a contractReading a page does not order anything. An order starts when you accept a written quote.
Screens, not documentsThe product images show real screens of the software with sample items, not a legal invoice.
Not accounting or legal adviceWe build billing software. We do not act as your accountant, tax consultant or lawyer.
Not a shop with a checkoutThere is no online payment and no cart on this site — every order goes through a conversation.
03
FBR and your tax position
The software records. You and your consultant decide.
INVOX POS helps you produce and record invoices in the format FBR requires, and gives you sales-tax summaries to work from. It does not determine your tax liability, your NTN or STRN registration status, which rate applies to your goods, or whether a filing is correct. Those depend on your business, your product classification and the rules in force on the day you file.
Before you rely on any number for a filing, check it with your own FBR-registered consultant. If you want a specific line or format to match what your consultant files, tell us during setup — we can shape the screen and the report to your requirement, but the responsibility for the return stays with you.
Machine and POS integrations depend on approvals, device pairing and the point of sale being correctly registered. Where a screen here says FBR integrated, it means the software is built to connect — not that your registration is done for you.
Rates and rules change. A tax table that was right last year can be wrong this year. Keeping the rate table current is part of your side of using any POS, ours or anyone's.
Nothing on this page is tax advice and reading it does not create an advisory relationship.
04
Reports follow the data you enter
A POS is a mirror of your own entries. Daily closing, profit view, stock levels and sales-tax summaries are calculated from what staff key in and from how items, rates and suppliers were set up at the start.
Wrong opening stock gives a wrong live stock figure, even if every sale was keyed perfectly.
A missing item rate shows up as a missing tax line on a report.
A shared or guessed login makes it impossible to trace who rang up a return.
Untested after power cuts — a half-saved sale will look like a lost one until you reconcile it.
We set the software up with you and train your staff, and we will always help you read a report that looks odd. What we cannot do is guarantee a figure that the entries do not support. Verify important numbers before you file, pay a supplier or order stock.
05
Prices, quotes and what is included
The figures on the pricing page are real one-time prices for the standard packages, published so you can plan. They are not a binding offer.
Indicative until quoted
Counters, tables, rooms, branches and add-ons change the total. Your written quote fixes the number.
Pakistani Rupees
All figures are in PKR and exclude any tax or duty that applies to your purchase.
Prices can move
Modules, hardware costs and scope change. A quote we sent you stays as we wrote it; the website may change after it.
Only what is listed
A package price covers the software, setup and training for that package. Printers, PCs, servers, cabling, internet and FBR registration are separate unless your quote says otherwise.
Ask for it in writing
Send us your counters, tables, rooms or doctors and we will return a written quote with the exact scope. That document is what both sides work to — not a screenshot of this page.
06
Hardware, power and internet
The POS runs on equipment that belongs to your business. We advise on what to buy and we set it up, but the machine room is yours.
Printers and PCs
Thermal receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers and computers are third-party hardware with their own warranties.
Power cuts
An abrupt shutdown can affect an unsaved sale or a machine. A UPS on the counter PC is cheap insurance and we always recommend one.
Internet
Offline billing keeps the counter working through a line failure and syncs later. That is a design feature, not a promise that no line is ever needed for cloud setups.
Your own upkeep
Dust, failing drives, expired operating systems and unapproved software on the same machine are outside what a POS licence covers.
07
Demos and sample data
A free demo usually runs on sample items or on data you share with us during the call. It shows how a workflow behaves — it is not a measurement of your own shop's speed, stock or tax figures.
Results can differ once your real item list, staff counts, printer model and network are in place. That is why setup happens on your machine with your data, and why you should test your own busiest hour before you trust any report.
08
Other services we link to
Some links leave this site: WhatsApp chat goes to Meta, email goes to your own mail app, font files come from Google. Their behaviour is governed by those companies, not by us. We choose well-known services and we do not accept paid links or advertising placements on this website.
09
Accuracy and changes
We write these pages ourselves and update them when a module changes. Even so, a website can carry a stale sentence, and a description is never a substitute for a quote.
Tell us and we fix it
If you spot something out of date — a price, a feature, a screenshot that no longer matches the software — send us a WhatsApp message. We would rather correct a page than have you walk into a demo expecting the wrong thing.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed sales or lost profit arising from information published on this website. Where a paid job goes wrong because of something we supplied, our responsibility is limited as set out in the terms of use.
10
Spot something wrong?
One message is enough. Say which page, what looks wrong and what it should say. We will confirm and update the page with a fresh date at the top.
